California Regions
Research Activity
Students have been assigned one of the four regions (desert, mountains, Central Valley, coast) in California to research. They will be working in teams to identify the geographical features in their region.
Your child has a California's Regions Research Organizer that will help guide his/her research. Please help him/her collect pictures that depict the specific California region. Pictures that are no larger than 5x7 will be used for the poster.
The tentative due dates are listed at the bottom of the Organizer

Poster December 6
Presentation To be announced
California Relief Map To be announced
This project will take about 2 weeks to complete.
Later, we will use the information to help us understand about the lives of the Native Californians in those regions.

You can have fun making the dough mixture at home and creating all kinds of objects with it!
